Question:188 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Health when the new extension of Wexford General Hospital will be opened.

I understand from the South-Eastern Health Board that the new extension of Wexford General Hospital will open on a phased basis.
The medical ward, central sterile supplies department and medical records department are due to open on 2 December 1991. The remainder of the building is due to open on 15 January 1992.
