Question:197 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for Education if she will examine the application of the parents of 11 pupils attending schools in Ballymote to have the school bus route (details supplied) extended from Coleman's Cross to Davey's Cross, Carnaree, Ballymote, County Sligo; and if, in view of the fact that (1) the primary school pupils involved belong to the old amalgamated Carnaree national School and (2) the additional mileage involved per day is only about one and a half, she will grant this extension which would be of great value to the pupils and the parents.
