209 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the fact that approximately £90,000 is due to a board of management (details supplied) in County Mayo in respect of a new school building; if she will make arrangements to have this money paid over at an early date; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
A draft building final account in respect of the new school in County Mayo referred to by the Deputy has been received in my Department from the school authorities and is being examined. Following examination, the payment of an instalment of grant will be made pending receipt of the full final account documentation from the school's consultants and final inspection by my Department.
