95 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Finance if he will sympathetically review the case of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford having regard to the extenuating circumstances which have been made known to his Department and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The Revenue Commissioners have informed me that they have reviewed the case in question and are satisfied that no change in their decision is warranted.
