89 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Labour if he will give details of the number of staff employed in his private office (1) on a permanent basis and (2) on a part-time basis; and if he will give details of the total costs for such staff for the years (a) 1970-75 (b) 1975-80 and (c) 1980 to date.
The number of staff employed in my private office on a full-time basis is 15. Two further staff are employed on a job-sharing basis. Other than these two, there are no part-time staff employed in my private office. The approximate cost of staff is £232,797 per annum at present.
In the timescale permitted it is not possible to provide equivalent costs in previous years.
