Question:

93 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Energy if his attention has been drawn to Bord na Móna's development plans for 1992 and thereafter; if these plans include (1) investment proposals likely to improve the employment prospects of the board and (2) proposals to increase output; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Bord na Móna are currently in the process of drawing up a corporate plan to cover the five years from 1992 to 1996 inclusive. All aspects of the company's operations are being reviewed by the board as part of this exercise.
