I propose to take Questions Nos. 58, 59, 60 and 63 together.

Payments due to these applicants under the 1991 cattle and equines headage scheme are being processed at present and will issue shortly. These applications were passed for payment by the Ennis district livestock office on 14 November 1991, 21 November 1991, 10 December 1991 and 4 December 1991 respectively.
