Vol. 414 No. 9

Written Answers. - Dún Laoghaire Halting Site.

Eamon Gilmore

Question:

93 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received revised plans from Dún Laoghaire Corporation for a small halting site at Sallynoggin Road; and if, in view of the appalling conditions under which the family concerned is existing, he will immediately issue the necessary sanction.

Revised proposals for a halting site at Sallynoggin Road/Rochestown Avenue were recently received from Dún Laoghaire Corporation and are under examination. The corporation will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
