It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that (1) No. 11a shall be taken now and shall be decided without debate; (2) the hour at which business is to be interrupted shall be 10.30 p.m. and (3) the question necessary to bring the proceedings on No. 11 to a conclusion shall be put not later than 10.30 p.m. and the Dáil shall adjourn at the conclusion of such proceedings until 10.30 a.m. on Thursday next.
