140 Mrs. Fennell asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received a request for an extinguishment order for the laneway between Sweetmount Avenue and Beaumont Avenue; and if there are any objections to permanently closing this area.

I have not received any application from Dublin County Council for approval to an extinguishment order relating to this laneway.
