Vol. 415 No. 7

Written Answers. - Complaint about Company's Affairs.

Michael Bell

Question:

47 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the action, if any, he proposes to take in relation to the complaint made by a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow in relation to the affairs of a company (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The letter of complaint in this instance, which was dated 21 January 1992, has been received by the Garda authorities and is being examined by them with a view to deciding what course of action may be appropriate.

The matters referred to by the complainant were the subject of Garda investigation in 1989 — the complainant is aware of the outcome of that investigation.
