51 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if he will expedite the registration of a dealing (details supplied) in County Kilkenny which was lodged in the Land Registry on 2 August 1991, and in respect of which several inquiries have been made since to this office but without any reply.
I am informed by the Registrar that the completion of this dealing has been delayed because the original land certificate in relation to portion of the property cannot be produced by the applicant. A duplicate land certificate has to be issued before the dealing can be completed. Issue of the duplicate land certificate has been delayed pending publication of the required notices by the applicant's solictors.
