Question:82 Mr. J. Mitchell asked the Minister for Education if, in view of the facts of a case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 20, he will now authorise Dublin County Council to pay a higher education grant.

Dublin County Council are the body statutorily entrusted with the administration of the higher education grants scheme in this case.
My Department understand that if the person in question formally submits a new application it will be considered in the usual way in accordance with the terms of the relevant scheme.
