Question:226 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for the Marine if he will outline the EC legislation in his Department which has not been implemented; when he intends to implement this legislation; and whether it must be in place before 1993.

In relation to my Department, the following three EC Directives have not yet been implemented:

My Department intend to implement these directives in 1992 and I can confirm that they must be in place by 1993.
