Vol. 416 No. 1

Written Answers. - Health Board Subvention Delay.

Tony Gregory

Question:

131 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if he will give details of the moneys, if any, which are due to the Lourdes Day Care Centre, Lower Seán McDermott Street, Dublin 1, from the Eastern Health Board; and if he will request the Eastern Health Board to expedite payment of the moneys which are desperately required.

The Eastern Health Board approved a grant of £15,000 towards the running cost of the Lourdes Day Care Centre for 1991 in December 1991. The centre requisitioned this cheque on 24 January 1992 and it will be issued in due course from the board's finance department. The Lourdes Day Care Centre was notified to this effect in a letter from the board dated 29 January 1992.
