Question:

163 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will extend the grant available to local authorities for the installation of toilet and bathroom facilities to non-serviced council houses to, (a) vested local authority houses in the ownership of old age pensioners and/or (b) such others whose income would be related to some social welfare payment.
