198 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive payment of his farm development grant which was passed for payment early in December 1991.

199 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork was refused a beef premium for four bullocks under the 1990 beef premium scheme.

The person named was refused premium on five animals under the 1990 special beef premium scheme because one of them was an ineligible female, a second animal could not be accounted for by him and three other animals listed on his application had already been paid premium in the previous year.

200 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive payment of his suckler cow grant and beef premium scheme grant.

This applicant's 1991 suckler cow premium and beef cow schemes grants are being processed and payments will issue shortly.

My Department are unable to trace an application from him under the 1991 special beef premium scheme.

201 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive payment of his beef premium grant.

This applicant has been paid his 1991 special beef premium scheme grant already.

202 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will be paid his farm development grant; and when the file was passed from the Ennis office.

As the applicant in this case did not furnish his farm accounts until the end of January the file was not forwarded from the local office for processing until early this month.

It is expected that the grant will be paid inside the next few weeks.

203 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will be paid his farm development grant; and when the file was passed from the Ennis office.

This grant will be paid inside the next few weeks.

The file in this case was passed from the local office for processing at the end of January.

204 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will be paid his special beef premium; and when the file was passed from the Ennis office.

This applicant has already been paid his grants under the 1991 special beef premium scheme. His file was passed from the Ennis office on 5 December 1991.
