I propose taking Questions Nos. 98 to 102, inclusive, and 113 together.

Dunboyne is included in the greater Dublin post-primary catchment area.

Recently outside consultants were commissioned to assist the Department in a study to determine the need and provisions for post primary school places in the Castleknock, Hartstown, Dunboyne areas.

The work was confidential to the Department and it is not intended to publish a report.

The findings of the study indicate that there is an immediate need for a new post-primary school in Hartstown, to be followed by a new school in Dunboyne.

Arrangements are being made on this basis, with accommodation to be provided on a phased basis in accordance with the incident of demand for places, starting with the provision of a first block of accommodation in Hartstown for September 1992.
