Vol. 416 No. 3

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 16, 14, 3 and 15. Private Members' Business shall be No. 25.

There is nothing to put to the House.

In the legislative programme published on 29 January the Government indicated they would be publishing a Bill to amend the legislation governing the Agricultural Credit Corporation. Can the Taoiseach indicate when this legislation will be published and if the Agricultural Credit Corporation are anticipating the powers to be conferred on them in this legislation?

The Bill in question will be published very shortly. We have completed our decisions at Government level.

May I seek clarification about the Taoiseach's intentions for next week? Is it his intention to make statements to the House on his visit to London and his meeting with Prime Minister Major or will it be done by questions?

As this is a working meeting it is not the practice to make statements in the House, but I would be only too delighted to answer questions.
