Question:49 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance if he will give details of the full income tax liability and tax-free allowance of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer has not furnished returns of income for the year 1988-89 to date. When these returns are submitted the inspector of taxes will be in a position to give the details requested by the Deputy.
