415 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will give details of the present position of the request for an extra milk allocation under the milk quota appeals tribunal for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

The producer indicated is among those whose applications are being considered by the milk quota appeals tribunal for an additional quota allocation. The tribunal hopes to complete its examination of these applications shortly.
