Vol. 417 No. 7

Written Answers. - Dental Treatment Application.

Bernard Allen

Question:

138 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health when a person (details supplied) in Cork who made application for dental treatment nine months ago to the Southern Health Board will be called for treatment.

I have made inquiries in this case of the Southern Health Board and I understand that the person in question will be called for dental treatment within two to three months.

If however this person, or any other person on the waiting list, requires emergency dental treatment to relieve pain they will receive such treatment immediately on attending their local clinic.
