126 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if agreement has been reached by his Department with the developer to provide access to the Navan Road, Dublin 7, beside the employment exchange to enable a private housing development to proceed on the site at the rear of Skreen Road, Dublin 7; and if this matter will be resolved at an early date.

No arrangement has been reached to date with the developer in relation to access from the Navan Road because mutually acceptable terms have not been agreed. It is hoped, however, that outstanding difficulties can be resolved at an early date.
