Question:44 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Energy if he will outline the current level of afforestation in each county in Ireland and the comparative level 20 years ago.

Available information on afforestation is maintained on a regional basis which includes a number of counties, and parts thereof. In order to provide the information sought by the Deputy it will be necessary to segregate the data.
