149 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if he will outline the action, if any, his Department will take to assist persons (details supplied) in Dublin 1 whose appalling living conditions are a serious health hazard to themselves and to others; his views on whether residential care is required and whether it is available.

I have received a report from the Eastern Health Board on the persons mentioned in the Deputy's question. As the report contains clinical details of the persons concerned it would be inappropriate for me to comment on the matter in this House.
