65 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will outline the circumstances of the dismissal of a person (details supplied) from his Department; if he has satisfied himself that this man was fairly treated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The person concerned was an employee of An Foras Taluntais (now Teagasc). I have no function in the matter.
