36 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for the Marine if he has now received the report of the Harbour Review Group and if it will be published, in view of the fact that he outlined previously to Dáil Eireann that it was anticipated it would be received at the end of March 1992; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The Review Group on Commercial Harbours and Pilotage Policy and Legislation has now completed its task and I expect to receive the report in the coming week. I have asked that arrangements be made to have the report printed and published as soon as possible.
