Question:43 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Finance when a refund of PAYE tax will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a repayment cheque for £150.81 was issued to the taxpayer on 10 December 1991. According to the Revenue records no further repayment is due to the taxpayer.
