Question:49 Mr. Dukes asked the Minister for Education when a decision will be made in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 2 for a higher education grant, having regard to the fact that the applicant applied for the grant in March 1991, her case was recommended for approval by Limerick County Council in September 1991, and despite numerous inquiries to his Department neither the applicant nor Limerick County Council have been able to establish the reason for the delay in the issuing of a decision in the case.
