Question:103 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Finance if he has cleared with the Minister for the Environment the capital allocations for each local authority in respect of (a) housing - local authorities, (b) sanitary services and (c) roads, excluding the national primary; when each local authority will be notified of the relevant sums; when they will receive the moneys; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
