Written Answers. - County Galway School Accommodation.

Dinny McGinley

Question:

106 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Education the up-to-date position regarding the provision of permanent accommodation for Gairmscoil Mhic Diarmada, Arranmore Island, County Donegal; the exact nature and scope of the accommodation being planned; and when he expects work to commence on the project.

My Department is currently awaiting receipt of additional documentation from County Donegal vocational education committee in relation to the tender report submitted by the vocational education committee for the construction of specialist facilities for Science, Home Economics and Technology at Arranmore Island Vocational School, County Donegal.

A decision will be taken on the construction of these specialist facilities when the tender analysis is concluded.
