I am delighted to be able to tell the Deputy that the report of the Inspector of Mental Hospitals for the years 1988 and 1989 was laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas and a copy sent to the President of the High Court on 2 June 1992 pursuant to section 247 of the Mental Treatment Act, 1945.
