68 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Justice the reason he is not implementing the terms of the agreement arrived at in respect of staff employed in the Circuit Court office in Naas, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The terms of the agreement reached with the Civil and Public Service Union following industrial action by their members in the Courts service has been implemented fully in the Circuit Court office, Naas, County Kildare.
