Vol. 420 No. 9

Written Answers. - Tax Refund.

Jimmy Deenihan

Question:

77 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Finance when a tax refund will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes has not to date received an application from the taxpayer for a refund of tax. The inspector has now written to her for the information necessary to review her liability for 1991-92. On receipt of this information any refund due will be repaid to her.
