Question:115 Mr. V. Brady asked the Minister for the Marine if he will give details of the number of parliamentary questions tabled to him for the year 1991 and the total cost involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

During 1991 a total of 521 parliamentary questions were tabled for answer by the Minister for the Marine. Of these 55 were disallowed, 24 were transferred and 18 were withdrawn.
It has not been possible to conduct detailed costings during the short period since the tabling of the Deputy's question.
