Question:

170 Mr. Taylor asked the Minister for Education if arrangements can now be made to pay the balance of the grant to a school (details supplied) in Dublin 24 in respect of the construction of a toilet for the handicapped in January 1991; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I propose taking Questions Nos. 169 and 170 together.

Payment of the balance of the grant in respect of the construction of a toilet for the handicapped will be made shortly.

A report is awaited from the Department's professional/technical staff in respect of remedial work to the exterior of the school as a preliminary to payment of the appropriate grant.
