Question:69 Mr. Bradford asked the Taoiseach if any heritage grants or similar funding is available to assist a project (details supplied) in County Cork.
Written Answers. - County Cork Project Funding.
The National Heritage Council distributes National Lottery funds to heritage projects subject to my approval. The assessment of any project and decisions about whether or not to recommend grant assistance are matters entirely for the National Heritage Council.
I understand that the National Heritage Council has been contacted about the project to which the Deputy refers but so far no application for grant assistance has been received.
