Question:109 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Finance when it is proposed to publish details of the proposed amendments to the Wildlife Act, 1976.

A Draft Scheme of a Bill to amend many of the provisions of the Wildlife Act, 1976, is at present in the course of preparation.
I hope to introduce the Bill in the Dáil during the year ahead.
