Question:93 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Education the number of (a) primary schools and (b) post-primary schools for which building works are likely to be commenced in County Meath during 1992.
Written Answers. - Post-Primary Schools Building Works.
There are no major post-primary building projects due to commence in County Meath during 1992. However, as the Deputy may be aware the Ashbourne Community School project is scheduled to commence construction in January, 1993.
There are, however, a number of other post-primary building works due to commence in County Meath during 1992. It is not possible to state the number of these works that will commence in 1992, as this will depend upon the requirements of each case, the completion of architectural planning and also upon the resources available at the time.
The only primary school in County Meath for which building works are likely to be commenced during 1992 is Ashbourne All-Irish Primary School.
