Question:63 Mr. V. Brady asked the Minister for Education if he will let Deputy V. Brady have a reply to his representations of 10 March 1992 on behalf of an organisation (details supplied) in Dublin 9.

I am aware of the situation referred to by the Deputy and my Department has been in touch with the Department of Health on the matter.
However, as the Centre is not a recognised school, my Department's input is limited to the provision of part-time teaching hours and this provision continues to be available. Indeed my Department understands that the authorities of the institution are fully satisfied with the level of service provided by my Department. Should additional education provision be required the Deputy can be assured that my Department will respond positively.
