Vol. 422 No. 4

Written Answers. - Dunboyne (Meath) Post-Primary School.

John V. Farrelly

Question:

156 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Education if his officials (details supplied) have received new detailed information from Dunboyne post-primary school since 18 May 1992; if so, if he will outline the action, if any, his officials have taken since then; the reason an acknowledgment has not been received to date; whether his officials favour these new proposals; and if the officials concerned will meet a deputation from this committee along with the five Meath Deputies; and if so, when.

Correspondence dated 19 June 1992 from the Dunboyne Post-primary School Action Committee was received in my Department and acknowledged on 25 June. Consultations will take place shortly with all concerned interests regarding the proposed school. Officials from my Department will meet the deputation proposed by the Deputy. He should contact the Department to arrange a suitable date.
