Question:

177 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for the Environment when grants will be paid for the Rathbeg group water supply scheme in the parish of Rathmore, County Kerry, which were approved some time ago; and if he will make a statement on the matter having regard to the fact that there are only three houses involved.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Smith):

Kerry County Council's formal approval of the group's design is awaited in my Department to allow this proposal to be processed further.
