Question:220 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in payment of the 1991 suckler cow premium and beef cow grant for a person (details supplied) in County Waterford in view of his reply to a parliamentary question on 13 May 1992 and the fact that it was sent from the local office for payment on that date.
