I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the area in the tax office dealing with the taxpayer's affairs is the subject of industrial action due to the non-replacement of a member of staff. Efforts are being made to resolve the matter and the taxpayer's claim will be dealt with as soon as possible.
