Question:172 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline his Department's intention for the refurbishment of Trim Courthouse in County Meath; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The limited funds available for capital courthouse projects this year are sufficient only for the completion of two projects (not including Trim Courthouse) where commitments had already been entered into. It is not possible, therefore, to undertake any further financial obligations this year.
