Question:177 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Justice if he will clarify the current situation in relation to the construction of a new Garda barracks in Enniscorthy, County Wexford; when the site will be acquired by the Office of Public Works in this regard; if the ministerial commitment to start construction by 1st December, 1992 will be honoured; the reason there has been a three month delay in completing the legal transfer of the site in view of the fact that a price has been agreed by both parties; and if he will expedite matters and set out a time frame for the construction of this new facility.
