63 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he has completed his examination of the future role to be played by Shannon Free Airport Development Company following his implementation of the Culliton Report; and the staff numbers which will be required for this task.
67 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce his future plans, if any, for SFADCo following his recent announcement on the future promotion of industry in Ireland.
I propose to take Question Nos. 63 and 67 together.
The possible impact on SFADCo's role of the new structure for industrial development agencies and of the establishment of County Enterprise Partnership Boards is being examined. Pending completion of this examination it is not possible to say what the outcome will be.
