I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the International Agreement concerning the Establishment and Operation of a Civil LORAN C Navigation System in North West Europe and the North Atlantic in accordance with Article 29.5.2º of the Constitution, copies of which Agreement were laid before the Dáil on 24th July, 1992.
