94 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Finance the future plans for the old vacant Garda station and grounds in Dún Laoghaire, County Dublin; the present owner of the property; if the property is being transferred out of the State's ownership; and the terms of any such transfer.

The former Garda Station property at Dún Laoghaire has been disposed of to Sinlan and Vincam Ltd. as part of an agreed package with that company to build a new courthouse and Regional Garda Headquarters on a site provided by them.
