98 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Energy if he will provide the titles to all energy legislation introduced to date; any legislation currently being drafted; his plans, if any, for the future legislation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The following are the titles of legislation which I have introduced as Minister for Energy: Turf Development Act, 1990; Radiological Protection Act, 1991.

The Deputy may wish to know that the following are the principal pieces of legislation governing the activities of my Department: Turf Development Acts, 1946 to 1990; Radiological Protection Act, 1991; Gas Act, 1976; Gas Act (Amendment) Act, 1987; Gas (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Section 2) Order, 1987; Gas (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Section 2 (2)) Order, 1987.
